I've played it off and on over the few years since I tried it, and used a cheat to unlock the bosses, though my favorite character is a badass cigar smoking cyborg name Ein, if I spelled that right. It's a blatant knockoff of Guardian Heroes and even lets you select which of the first 4 stage you'll play like in Gunstar Heroes, not that it makes this game less enjoyable. I haven't played it in a while since I got stuck somewhere, but maybe one day I'll pick it back up.įor the PS1, a game called Panzer Bandit.
#Ps2 chaindive psp
Last year I tried a Yakuza spin-off for the PSP called Kurohyou, after one of it's BGM's was linked to me(I later used that track in Sonic Revolution, the flight section in speed slider if anyone played it). I've played a few of these for a while and wanted to know if anyone else does or have an interest in non-localized games or any that have been translated through hacking. I believe the disc I got was from issue 79, although I can't be too sure.EDIT: Due to the difference in nationalities here, I'm now specifying Japanese games. Hopefully this information helps anyone remember it. Then it gives you a montage which showcases a few boses, a air stage, and a volcano level, where you can't touch the ground, period. Then a 10 minute cutscene happens (which I have, again, no clue what the hell it is) then the demo ends. What I take of it, is that the girl questions the protagonist, and the protagonist keeps trying to say something. After you send them to the ninth circle of hell, you turn to the girl, who sits up, and they have a conversation. If that ♥♥♥♥er hits you, you're as good as dead. After you beat them, a broken ship will collapse, bringing 2x the monsters, and introducing the third monster. Your character runs up to her, but the airplane that crashed behind her explodes, knocking her far (she should have been dead, she was THAT close.) and a explosion happens near the center of the spot your at, which summons a ♥♥♥♥-ton of monsters.

The next big part is when you get to the girl. The monsters are bug like creatures that look like mechs. The game introduces a barrier mechanic, as it spawns enemies and you have to destroy the spawners to take out the barriers. Anyway, you run through a destroyed town on a island that's collapsing into the ocean. It's VERY fast paced and it's easy to die. then your device on your arm can activate, and send you at high speeds towards the frozen foe. Your blade can reflect and freeze opposers. It's a 3D enviorment (albeit its a sidescroller, but not bad looking at all.) Your weapon, which i've named ChainDrive, since I have no idea what the weapon is actually called, is a two-part weapon. The protagonist stands, and activates his weapon, and saying one word (which I assume to be the girl's name.)Īnd the screen goes to black, and the game begins. Then it comes back, and the guy laughs, and flies away.

It at one point switches locations with a woman collapsed near a jet. The other guy is in the air, with a sigil around his jet-wings, and they chat for a minute, about something. Just a heads up on looks, they are both mech-like characters, although the protagonist is more human. He looks up, panting, and sees (Who I believe to be) the antagonist, or his brother. It starts off with the main character falling from the sky onto a port, slamming into a lightpost. Note, there was no english subtitles, so I have no clue what anyone was saying. But I want to know.did the game ever get finished, or was it dropped? The demo was fully voiced in japaneese, so I suppose only Japan has the game.
#Ps2 chaindive full
I've tried looking for the full game before, but all I find are searches related to car parts. The game I want more infomation on is Chain Drive. It was like a compilation of things to come, and such. I remember this one game demo I had, when there was a magazine that gave out discs along with their magazines.
